Adult Martial Arts Program (Ages 13+)

ITF Tae Kwon-Do Program
Our Teenagers and Adult martial arts program teaches the official ITF (International Taekwon-do Federation) TaeKwon-do curriculum.
ITF Taekwon-do is based on five core principles or tenets:

· Self-control
· Indomitable Spirit
The curriculum includes:
· Conditioning
· Fundamentals
· Patterns
· Sparring
· Self Defens

· Breaking
· Theory
Classes are both physically and mentally challenging. Our students will also get fit and have fun while learning practical self defense. We incorporate fitness training, including strength, endurance and flexibility, into all of our adult classes.
Our Adult Program challenges both your mind and body. Classes are based on the SSL principle as we love to see our students Sweating, Smiling and Learning. Students will sweat through the rigorous physical tests and drills but will be smiling as they gain more confidence and self esteem and make new friends. With each class and new belt attained, students will learn various techniques and skills and progress towards their goal of black belt and beyond.
Learn how to protect yourself with practical self defense training and lose weight, relieve stress and have fun all while doing it.
